Thomson Reuters: Task Exercise for End User Feedback
My colleagues and I on the UX team partnered with the Marketing, Product, and Support teams to develop a framework with the intent of gathering feedback that would inform our goal of building on a consumer-based product called EndNote Next.
This Excel file was distributed to a hand-picked group of users who were expert level participants to the EndNote Community Form and those who had used the product for many years.
The results of this effort gave us confirmation in our assumptions to see the value proposition and move ahead with writing user stories for EndNote Next.

Thomson Reuters: Testing Plan Guide for EndNote Next
Partnering with the product and marketing teams, my teammates and I collaborated on this guide to gather feedback from current users of EndNote, a product that enables the collection of bibliographic data for research and citations for the publication of scientific papers.
We took the observation approach as it was important to us to interview people in their natural settings so that we could obtain accurate and reliable information.
